All citizens of State of Shore Island have the right to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background, identity, or beliefs.

Hate speech, bullying, harassment, and discrimination, both in text and voice communication, are prohibited and will not be tolerated within the State of Shore Island Discord Server.

 

Article II: Rights and responsibilities of the citizens

 

Every citizen of State of Shore Island has the right to freely participate in discussions and activities within the Discord server, while adhering to the laws and regulations of the micronation and the principles of our community.

Every citizen of State of Shore Island has the responsibility to contribute to a positive and respectful atmosphere within the Discord server. This includes Avoiding hate speech, bullying, harassment, and discrimination, as well as using common sense in interpreting the rules.

 

Article III: Moderation and enforcement

 

The moderators and administrators of State of Shore Island are tasked with enforcing the laws and regulations of State of Shore Island within the Discord server. They will take appropriate measures against members who violate these, including warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans.

 

The constitution is still in the making. Fore example we try to find a way to make it possible for citizens, to appeal against their temporary bans, or permanent bans and to add this in the Constitution of the State of Shore Island.
